In 1995, Bob built an addition, designed by Architect Dale Mulfinger of Mulfinger, Suzanka, Mahady & Partners Architects.

Dale and Bob replicated the original design and detail of this Dutch Colonial home from the original plans of Minnesota iconic architect, Edwin Lundie.

This home renovation with Dale Mulfinger, was the beginning of a transition of Bob's focus to primarily working with residential architects.

Flynn Construction builds what the architects design.
